C#.NET PROGRAMMER

Candidate will be working with our Technical Manager to develop programs needed to support the company’s mobile platform as well as to maintain and resolve bug issues found on the platform. He/she will need to assist in communicating with partner’s technical team and mobile game developers to resolve any technical issues encountered in the platform. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Technical Manager to complete daily technical tasks assigned to him 

  • Assist the Technical Manager to resolve bug issues encountered on the mobile payment service and on the platform.

  • Communicate with partner’s technical team and mobile game developers to resolve operational issues 

  • Design and develop programs or technical solutions for inhouse projects

Requirements 

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience 

  • Candidate must have at least 3 years of solid C#.Net programming experience in Windows application development using MySQL database (or relevant RDBMS) or equivalent working experience

  • Knowledge in payment or game industry will be an added advantage 

  • Candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team 

  • Must be able to read and write in English and Mandarin

  • Candidate must be a Malaysia citizen

  • A team player possessing strong communication and inter-personal skills

PRODUCT MARKETING EXECUTIVE

The Executive is responsible for contributing to the marketing and overall development of our flagship mobile games app store. This position assists in managing our community of gamers and also develops the platform loyalty and rewards function, while providing strategic assistance to the marketing department.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Executes marketing efforts and strategy to enhance our MOO Store Southeast Asian presence

    • ​Leverages, interprets and analyzes data and insights to help improve platform’s performance

    • Identify key features to drive user acquisition or new channels of gamer/user engagement

    • Audience identification & segmentation: Persona building and mapping of digital behaviors

  • Be the voice on various social media and community engagement platforms

  • Assist the project team in the overall development and deployment of loyalty and reward program initiatives

  • Providing support service to the community

  • And other ad-hoc task

Requirements 

  • At least 2 years of related experience in the marketing of mobile services, mobile games or digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong working knowledge of social media and communications platforms and other digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WeChat, etc)

  • Experience in product design and development is a strong plus

  • Diploma and above in relevant discipline

CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a customer support personnel with strong passions on the mobile gaming industry. This role will involve answering user’s enquiries and assisting the product operation team in game reviews, QA testing and other operations related task.  

Role and Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer support enquiries received from all channels within specific time frame

  • Resolve and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner

  • Communicate with respective departments to resolve user’s queries

  • Play test and review of mobile games 

  • QA testing of mobile games and platform services

  • Work closely with the product and vetting team

  • All other ad-hoc task

Requirements 

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM certificate and above

  • Candidate must be a Malaysia citizen

  • Required Language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (Ability to speak in Cantonese will be an added advantage) 

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the gaming or mobile industry will be an added advantage

COMMUNITY SUPPORT OFFICER

The personnel are required to manage and support the company’s community curation system. This position requires the personnel to work closely with the platform community in managing, growing and supporting them through the platform services. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assignment of tasks to designated users through system tools

  • Oversee the assigned users in the completion of their tasks. The personnel is to provide the necessary support to the users when they have questions or need support. 

  • Maintain and grow the community size

  • Work closely with the platform operations and marketing teams to ensure task KPIs are achieved.

  • Manage reports and reviews that are submitted by assigned users.

  • Keep tab on messages sent/shared by curators onto their social media. 

  • Daily, weekly and monthly report generation 

Requirements 

  • Candidate must possess a diploma cert in related fields (eg. marketing, business)

  • Candidate must be a Malaysia citizen 

  • Required Language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the gaming or mobile industry will be an added advantage
